Easily accessible and close to the major theme parks, Oxenford is a popular choice with families and has become a strong residential area as opposed to the rural region it once was. Transport
Oxenford sits on the M1 Motorway so access to Brisbane and the southern Gold Coast is simple. Local buses in the area run twice an hour and the Helensvale train station is a five-minute drive away.

This area is well located close to shopping centres as well as three of the Gold Coast’s famous theme parks, Dreamworld, Movie World and Wet ‘n’ Wild. The Gold Coast City Marina is located nearby in Coomera with 200 water berths and everything needed for boating available.
